In painting, I strive to share a deeper beauty in all things. And life I am an avid gardener, growing the flowers that become part of the paintings I create. I painting floral steel lives only from life, it offers the opportunity to slow down and to observe the world with intention. Sparkling light ended delicacy found in each flower petals speaks to me at a deeper level.

 

This painting of dahlias in a soft glazed bowl in front of a vintage blue and white quilt is an expression of a quiet moment on a sunny afternoon. To me, the essence of the art of slow living.
