This is another piece in the new series I am developing. I have been thinking a lot about working in a series this year, and the desire to really delve into a single idea for a group of still-life paintings.

Often I work seasonally and by what is inspiring me at the moment. I am still going to work seasonally, but I also want a specific theme to unify the pieces. As the year unfolds, I will be sharing bits and pieces of this body of work. There are many more in the making, just waiting for their time to burst out.
