I love geraniums, I like the multi-bloom flower heads, I like how the buds look and the stems. For this painting I really pushed around paint, varying the layers of paint, from thin applications to juicy brushstrokes at the geranium petals. ⁠

This painting combines two things I love, bringing nature inside the home and capturing the beauty of reflections in glass.
